Irrigation mat 150cm wide, per meter

This Clovermat capillary mat is a must when you are using garden trays or a watering floor with multiple pots.
Normally, with a small deviation in the flooring, some pots will be too dry and some pots will be too wet.
A plant that needs a lot of water will suck up the water around the pot quite quickly, after which it won't be able to get more.
A plant that does not need a lot of water, will have water around the pot for a longer time, sogging the soil in the pot and the result will be too wet, which stagnates the plant growth.
The Clovermat capillary mat resolves this kind of situation by deviding the water evenly between the pots on top of it.

When using the Clovermat the water will be devided evenly between the plants. Even when the flooring is not 100% levelled,
the water will be distributed by the capillary properties of the mat.
Like this, a plant on one side of the tray, can reach the water on the other side of the tray, minimalizing big differences between the pots.

Clovermat is produced from 100% new, premium synthetic fibers and is a concept in the European horticulture.
In greenhouses, this is the subsoil the potplants are on.

Use perforated foil on top of the mat against algae growth, pollution and evaporation.
Because of the thousands of litte holes per m2, the pots can take all the water they need.
After a growcycle, the Clovermat can be rinsed out, the foil on top renewed, and be used again multiple times.

This capillary mat differentiates itself by it's robustness, chemical resistance and constant operation.
Because of the identical properties of every Clovermat, it will ensure a reproducable and constant watering.
Do not let the Clovermat dry out, it is meant to always have some moisture in it to ensure the even distribution.

At first use, please soak the mat entirely. Eventually, a wetting agent can be used.
When the mat is sogged 100%, it can be covered with perforated foil.
When the foil is bigger than the used mat, the sides can be folded around it to minimize evaporation on the sides.
